GoAnimate is a good way for students to display their knowledge of the text.
Because GoAnimate is extremely quick to use and engaging, students can be asked during class to pair up and create a quick scene that reflects their interpretation of the text. This would be a nice way for my students to synthesize the information discussed in class while also giving them the ability to be creative. To wrap up my class, I would have my students share their GoAnimate creations and their perspective of their texts. This would be a great way to wrap up class positively while also acting as a review for my students.
Here, below, is a couple of examples of a GoAnimate, one displaying the beginning lines of the play Hamlet by Shakespeare, and the other discussing Project Based Learning.
